The frost is on the pumpkin

It is cold and chilly in the valley today. Whatever veggies were alive are now dead. Leaves are changing in the canyon and all is right with the world. I don't know how much time we have until the snow starts to fall. However, I plan to enjoy the crisp fall beauty while I can. Personally, I enjoy two seasons most of the year. Spring for its renewal and bright new colors of flowers and Fall for its dramatic, deep, rich, and vibrant leaves. I love fall the most though. Probably, because I have that type of personality. My favorite colors are dark blue and crimson red. Now I have to go out and pick some pumpkins and squash. Pears and apples for canning now.
