I have looked into the face of evil and smiled as it rushed past me at a store pursuing a sale. It really was not that bad but it could have been. My wife is looking for a new comforter set for our room and we went to see if anything we liked was on sale. There were some promising leads but nothing came to my eyes as worth seeing in our room. Probably the things we were looking for disappeared in the mad rush at 5 am by the truly devoted. Not a major issue in any respect but it does put us back a bit looking for the "right" comforter. My wife has something particular in mind and I keep telling her that until she has found it she had better not settle for anything that she will subconsciously hate every time she looks at it. Begs the question of how she ever managed to marry a man like me?
Thanksgiving went off without a hitch and we are now prepping for the Christmas holiday and all that goes with it. I am looking forward to it. Things seem to be looking up for us over all. More to come.
