I just got the word today that my application for Graduate School didn't go through. The official word or the 'hows' and 'whys' won't arrive until next week. But I found out today with a bit of digging. I feel really low about it. But it just goes to show you that you need to take your Undergraduate years at college with an eye to the future. I still write and draw and tomorrow I will send out my book again to someone. I can't give up. I might be down and hurting but that stuff happens. All day I have been looking at myself and asking questions. There aren't any perky inspirational posters in real life. It is just life and I have to deal with it. I have often read the talk by Hugh B. Brown called "The Current Bush" and it seems to work for me. Maybe it will help others.

sorry Frank. There must be something else you're supposed to be doing right now - good luck!
