"Uggggggggghhhhhhhhh!" - Charlie Brown
I can empathize with the great Peanuts character when he throws the game losing pitch or Lucy pulls the football from out from him at the last moment. It has been one of those months friends. And it is only the 18th. Earlier, My wife was hit with the double whammy of pneumonia followed by strep throat. Later, Our cloths dryer went and died the big death so we had to get a new one. Today my car has gone into an death spiral of repairs that will probably cost upwards of $2,500. So now I am car shopping. Happiness and joy.
Count your blessings friends, name them one by one.
I really have no room to complain. I just needed to vent my frustration to someone. The dryer has lasted 10 years. We own the car free and clear and it has run without issue for 9 years. Sickness happens and we deal with it. Over all we have been blessed and all is well. The house holds together when the wind blows, we have food to eat, and jobs to go to. Many have less and some have none at all. I feel particularly blessed that we have kept the money for the adoption untouched and ready to use. This is all because of my wife and her financial gymnastics. Don't ask me where the money goes. Math is not my strong suit. Thank God for a great wife. She makes my world go round. Until later friends. Thanks for reading.
